my recent stay in adelboden was truly exceptional. the charming hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing sauna area. the outdoor post bus for fondue and the cocktail truck added to the great atmosphere. and the views from the rooms and breakfast room were breathtaking. a perfect stay!

The location is good and the staff really VERY friendly.

hotel is a bit out of date. we arrived, heating in the room was turned off and it was very cold. after i turned on the radiator (myself), it was still cold after 3 hours. so we went to the reception. after 30 minutes the technician brought a heater which did not work either. then we went to the sauna to warm up. sauna area is nice, a bit musty. cabins are small and if somebody moves inside, everything shakes. unfortunately, there is not even water to drink downstairs. (nicer and with drinks equipped) rest area is one floor higher - that's awkward - especially since you would have to walk through dark corridors (motion detectors for the light don't really work) with some stumbling blocks. garden sauna was not in use and hotpot has to be booked separately. fitness area is stuffy and also a bit outdated. there were many external guests who were exercising. after our return there was also a working heater in the room. food was ok but we were also late for dinner. after dinner (six hours later) the radiator in the room was finally a bit warm and we could turn off the heater, thank god. breakfast buffet was ok, a bit boring. all in all surely not a 4star stay!

room really surprised us: two-storey, with gallery and four beds. wellness world was also nice and breakfast buffet was well equipped and fresh.

room had never been vacuumed from the beginning to the end, so there were dust and crumbs everywhere. it did not bother us so much that we had to complain about it, it was still noticeable in a negative way. wellness world is very nice made for us, it is located on two floors. in order to get from one floor to the other, one has to take the normal stairs or the lift. on the upper floor by the outdoor sauna and relaxation room there is no working shower (outside and frozen in the cold), so that you always had to take the lift downstairs after the sauna and take a shower there. Not good...

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We especially loved how close it was to the ski lifts, making it super convenient for us to hit the slopes. The room was spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. We were also impressed with the service, from the attentive room service to the friendly bell staff. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a well-equipped fitness center. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location was unbeatable, and the hotel offered excellent services and amenities.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent , good choice both for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, also provided with tea/coffee making facilities. The complimentary lift pass enabled us to see more of the area than expected. We enjoyed the afternoon tea provided on the terrace after a day hiking in the mountains. Itt had a very relaxing atmosphere and not too far from the local shops and bus station. A perfect place to stay to enjoy the lovely scenery and for hiking in the mountains.

Nothing except going home!

our budget stay at an adelboden hotel exceeded expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the spacious rooms had a nice view. the highlight was the amazing 5-6 course dinner menu at a great price.

I have liked the sights from the room, the location of the hotel, the personnel was exceptional, the room was perfect (lot of space, very new and very clean), the installations (very complete gym, 4 tennis courts very near), the breakfast was unbelievable (probably the best breakfast of all the hotels I've been),...I want to return in winter to see the valley with snow. Thanks for eberything!!

The view from the room was breathtaking! I couldn't get enough of it, especially during breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making my business trip more relaxing. The traditional touch of the Alpine-style room added to the charm of the hotel. The breakfast selection was impressive, with options to suit everyone's taste.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, but the off-road parking option provided by the hotel was secure and worth the fee. The traffic noise was a bit loud when the windows were open, forcing me to close them in the early morning.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation just a few steps away. The view from our room was breathtaking and definitely our best experience at this hotel. We enjoyed the various facilities provided for entertainment, such as billiards, darts, table tennis, and football. The breakfast was also quite satisfying.

The carpets in our room definitely needed changing. We found the food to be slightly overpriced and overly salty, though we appreciated the effort put into presentation.
